By accessing or using SceneFX AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SceneFX AI provides AI-powered audio production tools, including sound effects generation, music mixing, and video export capabilities. The Service allows users to upload audio and video files, apply AI-generated sound effects and music, and export the result — including uploading directly to YouTube.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the YouTube upload feature to upload content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

5. Payments and Credits

  • Credits are purchased for use within the Service and are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for content you upload to third-party platforms using our Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant SceneFX AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated audio assets produced by the Service may be used freely in your projects.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content is provided without any creative or legal guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneFX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
